How does the Easy Fitness Ticket (EFT) work?
EFT - electronic fund transfer - is an automatic
deduction from your checking or credit account.
Do I have to stay on EFT for a certain amount
of time?
No. You may cancel EFT at any time.
What sort of special services do I get with
EFT?
EFT members won't have to wait in line to check
in or purchase a pass.
EFT members may also attend classes at most other
Jazzercise locations. Please contact the local instructor for further
information.
What if I get seriously ill or injured?
You can freeze your EFT for up to 3 months. After 3 months it will automatically be reinstated.
All requests for freezes must be submitted in writing to your instructor before the 15th of the month.
What about vacations or family emergencies?
The EFT rate is priced so that even if you take a few weeks off, you're still enjoying the lowest possible rate.
Compared to the 2 month pass, EFT students receive nearly two months of free classes each year!
How much does it cost?
The current EFT price is subject to change.
Students on EFT receive the best price because they have expressed their commitment to Jazzercise and eliminate ongoing paperwork.
When is the money deducted?
The money will be deducted from the account you provided (either your checking account or the credit card of your choice - Visa, MC, Discover or Amex) on the first of the month.
If I enroll in EFT, cancel it, and then re-enroll, will I get the same rate?
No. When you re-enroll your EFT rate will be whatever the current EFT rate is.
Is there a charge to re-enroll?
Yes. If you cancel your EFT for more than three months, you will need to pay the joining fee of $25.
If I stop coming to class, will you automatically cancel me?
No, your failure to attend class will not result in an automatic EFT cancellation.
What if I want to stop my automatic payment arrangement?
We are fortunate at Jazzercise to have a generous cancellation policy.
If you cancel in writing (to the front desk) by the 15th of the month BEFORE you wish to make other payment arrangements
15th of January -- no automatic transfer for February, etc.) you owe nothing.
If you cancel after the 15th (16th of January, automatic payment for February, nothing beginning March),
you ONLY OWE for the NEXT month. Nothing more. EFT changes can not be made via phone or email.
